Before adjustment:
Normal hard price limit range: ±25%
Non-basis price limit range: ±23%
Basis price limit range: ±23%

After adjustment:
Normal hard price limit range: ±12%
Non-basis price limit range: ±10%
Basis price limit range: ±10%
