HTX Will Undergo System Upgrade from 01:00 to 01:30 on December 16 (UTC+8)

Dear users,

HTX will perform a scheduled system upgrade from 01:00 AM to 01:30 AM on December 16, 2020 (UTC+8) for approximately 30 minutes (Account balances, Futures trading and Fiat trading will not be impacted). During the upgrade, the following system modules & features will be impacted:

Scope of Impact

Window  From 01:00 AM to 01:30 AM on December 16, 2020 (UTC+8) (approx. 30 min)
Functions affected

 (1) (Spot and Margin trading) order input and cancellation features.;

 (2) (Spot and Margin trading) order and transaction detail inquiry features.
Modules affected  Spot and Margin trading areas on HTX (WEB, APP, API and PC Client)

Before the system upgrade, please be noted that:

  1. In case of major fluctuations in the market, we will postpone the upgrade time and issue a notice according to the actual situation
  2. Please take necessary precautionary risk control measures by canceling orders in advance, temporarily increase Margin balances, repaying loans or closing positions in advance. 

We will publish an announcement notification once the upgrade process has ended. You may obtain a status update of the upgrade via our Telegram Group or Customer Support.
