Disney Launches Web3 Experience on its Music Mall

Disney has announced a partnership with virtual e-commerce platform Obsess to launch a Web3 experience on its Music Mall. Users can take a panoramic virtual experience through the Mall and explore soundtracks and songs from popular Disney movies and TV shows by clicking on various vinyl records and CDs in the virtual space. In previous news, on 14 July, Disney launched an accelerator programme this year focused on the AR, NFT and AI sectors, designed to accelerate the growth of innovative companies around the world. Companies selected for the 2022 Disney Accelerator Programme include Polygon, Web3 social app Flickplay, Web3 creator platform Lockerverse, experiential e-commerce platform Obsess, AR company Red 6, and Inworld, an AI-powered virtual interactive app.
