At the Money 20/20 conference in Las Vegas on Tuesday, Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller shared his thoughts on central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). Commenting on the Fed's issuance of a digital dollar, Christopher Waller said that it's just the Fed's checking account, and I'm not a big fan of it, but I'm willing to have someone convince me that it's something of great value.
