Please note that during the upgrade period, users’ pending orders will be retained, but functions such as transferring margin, opening/closing position, order cancellation will be temporarily unavailable from API, Web and APP.

Please arrange your transactions accordingly, and control the risk by cancelling order, adding margin or closing position in advance before the upgrade. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience it might cause.

If there is a large market fluctuation before the upgrade, HTX DM (HTX Futures) will delay the upgrade time and will announce it. Please refer to the announcement on official website.
