HTX to Upgrade Coin-Margined Delivery Futures System

Dear HTX Users,
To provide you with a better trading experience, HTX will perform a system upgrade on coin-margined delivery futures from 23:00 (UTC) on May 13, 2024 to 01:00 (UTC) on May 14. Further notice will be made if maintenance is delayed or canceled due to market fluctuation.
Affected Futures:
- Weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly coin-margined delivery futures
- Coin-margined delivery futures API
Affected Features:
- Only services for coin-margined delivery futures will be temporarily suspended during the upgrade. Coin-margined perpetual futures and USDT-margined futures will not be affected.
- Order placement, order cancelation, assets transfers, position closing, and settlement will not be available during the upgrade.
Please close any open orders or pending orders of the affected futures in advance to avoid trading losses.
The upgrade is scheduled to last 1.5-2 hours. After the upgrade, HTX will provide a 20-minute protection period before regular trading resumes, allowing users to cancel orders and add margin. During this period, the order matching system will remain closed, and no orders can be placed or executed. Once the protection period is over, our system will return to regular trading.
