This program will encompass various space exploration endeavors, ultimately aiming to land on Mars. In the first phase, we will select a lucky HTX user to embark on a space journey with Justin Sun, a member of the HTX Advisory Board.

Timeline of the HTX Mars Program:

• Candidate selection: June 2023 - June 2024
• Training and preparation: June 2024 - July 2024
• New Shepard's space flight: A suitable time after July 2024

The candidate selection consists of 12 rounds, with each round including a themed activity to choose a candidate. The 12 candidates will be evaluated based on their physical fitness, training and preparation, community contribution, etc., to determine the final passenger to join Justin Sun on the space trip.

Timeline of the HTX Mars Program Round 1:

• Task period: 12:00 (UTC) on June 14, 2023 - 15:59 (UTC) on July 5, 2023
• Space NFT minting: 12:00 (UTC) on June 14, 2023 - 15:59 (UTC) on July 15, 2023
• Result release: 12:00 (UTC) on July 20, 2023

Event Rules:

• Participants need to link their Tron addresses on the event page during the event to receive the minted NFTs.
• Participants will get unlimited chances to mint Space NFTs by completing designated tasks within a specific period.
• Participants are advised to mint the NFTs asap, as the daily allocated free NFT mints are capped on a first-come, first-served basis, and the minting qualification does not carry over to the next round.
• Each month, a lucky winner will be drawn to win a grand prize and shortlisted as a space passenger candidate , which will be broadcasted worldwide via a live stream. The winner will be determined based on the block hash values on the Tron mainnet in a transparent, open, and fair manner. For more details, please see the HTX Mars Program Lucky Draw Rules .
• The Space NFT holder with the lucky number will be the lucky user. HTX will check the lucky user's Tron address, UID, KYC verification, etc., to verify their identity.
• The Space NFTs will be issued on the Tron Network and marketable on NFT trading platforms without restrictions.
• Snapshots will be taken at the time of the result release to determine the winner. The winning Space NFTs are not transferrable. Any such transfer is deemed as a waiver of the reward.

Rewards:

The lucky user shortlisted in the first round of the HTX Mars Program will not only qualify as a space passenger candidate but also enjoy the super privilege of zero spot trading fees on HTX for 180 days, starting from July 21, 2023.

• Sub-accounts can not be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event. Participants must complete L1 KYC verification.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
• Space travel is not guaranteed for each candidate due to the stringent selection criteria. The winner will be determined by professional service providers based on candidates' physical fitness, training performance, etc.
• To understand the uncontrollable factors during a space trip, please see in advance the Terms of Service Provider .
• If the winning user in the round is found ineligible due to KYC discrepancies or any other reasons, one candidate slot for the space journey will be deducted.
• HTX reserves the right of final interpretation of the event.
