1. What is the Investment Capability Assessment?

L4 Investment Capability Assessment is a higher level of KYC verification than real-name authentication. Upon completing this assessment, you will unfold more secure and favorable features for fiat currency transactions, such as bank transfers and credit/debit card transactions, through our official compliant payment partners.

Note: You need to complete the L1-L3 verification to be eligible for the verification.

2. How to Complete L4 Investment Capability Assessment (Web)

Step 1: Visit HTX's official website, click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the homepage, and click L3 to enter the personal verification page.

Step 2: Find the Investment Capability Assessment and click Verify Now to start the assessment. Please fill in the Risk Tolerance Assessment based on your actual situation.

Click Next to complete the address verification by filling in your personal information, such as your employment company and residential address.

After completing the form, please select a proof file type and upload your residence proof document from the last 3 months, and then click Submit.

Proof files available:

• Utility bill (e.g. electricity, water, and sewage treatment)
• Municipal tax statement
• Internet bill
• Bank statement
• Corporate statement
• Building management statement
• Landline phone bill (mobile phone bill is not accepted)

Note: Please make sure that the document is real, valid, and clearly legible. The name on the document must match the name on your submitted ID document. The address on the document must be the same as the residential address entered. Moreover, if your nationality information in the ID document you provided for L2 verification cannot be recognized, please also upload either your passport or another ID document with your nationality information.
