During the event, HTX Affiliates who bring in at least 10 new users will be eligible for the leaderboard. Rankings will be based on the number of valid invitees they bring in. The top 50 Affiliates will receive corresponding rewards in USDT according to their rank, with a maximum reward of 200 USDT per winner.

*Valid Invitee: A newly invited user who signs up, downloads the HTX App, and reaches a cumulative trading volume of 5,000 USDT during the event period.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Only newly signed HTX Affiliates during the event period are eligible to participate in this event.

2. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.

3. Trading Volume Calculation Criteria for This Event

(1) Trading volume generated from HTX's "Trade to Earn" events, as well as trades with zero fees, market maker fees, and negative fee rates, will not be counted.

(2) An HTX Affiliate's daily average trading volume = The Affiliate's total trading volume during the event / Event days

(3) An Affiliate's total trading volume during the event = The combined trading volume of spot and futures trades (including both USDT-margined and coin-margined futures) for the Affiliate and their invitees during the event period.

4. HTX Affiliates are required to complete Level 1 KYC verification. Failure to complete the verification before the event ends will result in the forfeiture of rewards. Rewards will not be extended.

5. Winners can receive rewards either from this event or other promotions. If you qualify for multiple rewards, you will receive the highest reward applicable to you.

6. Rewards will be distributed to winners within 14 working days after the event concludes. For those who win our commemorative banknote gift box, the platform will contact them within one week after the event ends to obtain their mailing information. The gift box will then be promptly mailed to them. If, for any reason, the delivery of the gift box is not possible or delayed, HTX reserves the right to replace it with other rewards of equal or higher value within a reasonable scope. HTX reserves the right of final interpretation.

8. Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
