Eligibility/Requirements:

1. Promotion is open to all countries in the APAC region including, Turkey & Russia. China, Korea, Japan and Vietnam shall be excluded.
2. Definition of new API user: During the event period, any newly registered users (backed by a private individual or legal entity) created during the event period with an active API key. The individual or entity should have no prior use of the HTX platform. Child accounts created under an existing parent account are not considered new API users. User must register as per method stated below. New market-makers are not eligible.
3. New user must signup via 【http://bit.ly/2JKDPu6】AND register their new login using this 【referral link】before end of promotion period. Please leave your UID to Register. We only accept HTX UID registration. On Desktop: please click "Account&Security" and find UID in “Basic Information”. On APP: please click ”Account" and find UID under your account name.
4. Definition of valid new transaction volume: Cumulative API trading volume during the event period (buy and sell) by the newly registered API user using the login registered as above. No self deal. BTC value will be calculated based on daily end-day closing price at 0000hrs.
5. Discount may be given via fee refunds or setting custom rates (VIP, Point Cards not usable during the discount period) as per HTX's discretion. Rewards will be based on transaction fee method. Example: USDT refund for USDT fees paid. Reward level depends on the new users achieving the total trading volume for the event period.
6. Participants must have successful verification (ID upload) with registered IP and authenticated country in the user’s country e.g. Russian in Russia BEFORE event ends.
7. The effective date of the award: The qualifying API user will be notified via private email (eDM) within 7 working days after end of promotion. If no dispute within 3 working days after announcement of final list, the rewards will be awarded in the next month.
8. Any existing users who attempt to signup will not receive the fee reward.
9. Users can participate in other Asia Pacific activities during the same or overlapping period, but can only receive rewards from a single event, not all.
10. Eligible winners are subject to HTX’s KYC and Anti-Fraud Review. Only eligible winners that pass HTX’s KYC and Anti-Fraud Review shall qualify for the rewards.
11. The rules and regulations of the promotion shall be subject to HTX’s final interpretative decision and we reserve the rights to disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be cheating or violating any rules and regulations set by HTX.
12. The discounted trading fee rate when in effect, will not allow combined use of Super Rebate, Points card and VIP.
13. Please be advised that the promotion period could be extended. To ensure an orderly reward mechanism, the reward will be enabled once the entire promotion ends.
