HTX Launches the Infinity Grid Strategy

HTX launched the Infinity Grid strategy on the HTX app on Jun 29, 2022. This strategy will be made available for all trading pairs.
The Infinity Grid Bot is the enhanced version of the Grid Trading Bot. Designed for upward trending markets, users do not need to worry about missing investment opportunities when prices breach the upper price bound. The Infinity Grid Bot sells high and buys low continuously 24/7. In an upward trending market, it takes profits and keeps your investment at a constant value. Using BTC/USDT as an example, as bitcoin price rises, the bot will continuously sell BTC to ensure the BTC at hand maintains its equivalent initial value in USDT.

Designed for a slightly bullish market, the Infinity Grid Bot keeps your investment constant as the prices climb higher, allowing you to take profit in a sustainable way. However, the following situations may limit profit potential or cause certain losses to the user's assets:
1. One-sided uptrend. When a particular token rises strongly, an order to sell will be automatically executed by the Infinity Grid strategy. However, if the price continues to rise and hits the pre-set take profit ratio, the Infinity Grid strategy will automatically close the strategy and sell your entire position. In this case, users would lose the chance of making more profit in a bullish market.
2. One-sided downtrend. When a particular token falls in price, buy order will be executed by the Infinity Grid strategy to average down the cost. When the price falls and hits the pre-set lower price limit, the bot will stop buying in. However, if the price continues to fall and hit the pre-set stop loss ratio, the Infinity Grid strategy will automatically close the strategy and sell your entire position, which causes users to incur losses to some extent.
3. If the underlying token is being suspended from trading, delisted or experiencing order placement failure, the Infinity Grid strategy will be suspended automatically.
