Event Rules:
During the event, participants meeting any of the specified requirements for their holdings in HTX Earn products will be eligible for an airdrop in HTX tokens. Each participant is permitted to claim only one airdrop reward, and these rewards, limited in quantity, are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. The Rule for Calculating Snapshot of User's Assets in HTX Earn: By 16:00:00 (UTC) on January 31, 2024, a user will be eligible for an airdrop in $HTX as long as the snapshot of their holdings in HTX Earn products is equivalent to an amount of ≥10,000 USDT.
The Rule for Calculating New Subscription Amount: During the event, a user will be eligible for a random airdrop in $HTX as long as the net increase in their holdings in HTX Earn products is equivalent to an amount of ≥10 USDT. The rewards are divided into two tiers: 62,500 $HTX and 625,000 $HTX, with one of them randomly airdropped to the eligible users.
2. Applicable HTX Earn products for this event: Fixed, Flexible, Earn products exclusive for new users, Shark Fin, and Flexi Max.
3. Each user can take this offer only once, and rewards cannot be accumulated. First come, first served.
4. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Data from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
5. Airdrop rewards in $HTX will be credited to the winners' HTX accounts within 7 working days after the event ends. If winners haven’t received their rewards after 7 working days, please contact our 24/7 online customer service or email [email protected] for assistance.
6. HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
7. HTX reserves the right to modify, change or cancel this event for any reason without further notice.
8. HTX reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.
