HTX's Referral Program is designed to reward users for bringing their friends to our platform. An inviter can invite friends to sign up on HTX using their referral link/code. Once the invitee completes trades in spot or futures, the inviter can earn up to a 60% referral bonus on their invitee's trading fees. The bonus amount increases as your invitee's trading volume rises. This bonus is valid indefinitely.

Rewards for Inviters:

• Average Inviters: For each trade completed by their invitees, the inviter will receive a 30% referral bonus on the invitees' trading fees, which is valid indefinitely.
• HTX Affiliates: For each trade completed by their invitees, the HTX Affiliate will receive a 60% referral bonus on the invitees' trading fees, which is valid indefinitely.

 

Benefits for Invitees Signing Up with a Referral Link/Code:

• Sign Up via an Average Investor's Referral Link/Code: Invitees can claim a Mystery Box worth up to 1,500 USDT and a Welcome Bonus Pack worth up to 1,200 USDT.
• Sign Up via an HTX Affiliate's Referral Link/Code: Invitees can claim a Welcome Bonus Pack worth up to 1,200 USDT and exclusive welcome gifts from time to time.

 

Referral Bonus Calculation Rules

• When an invitee signs up on HTX using an inviter's referral link/code and completes trades in spot or futures, the inviter will receive a certain percentage of the invitee's trading fees as a referral bonus. This bonus is valid indefinitely.
• An average inviter can earn up to a 30% referral bonus on their invitees' trading fees, while an HTX Affiliate can get up to 60%.
• A user cannot simultaneously enjoy the referral bonuses of an average inviter and an HTX Affiliate.
• There’s no limit to the number of invitees that an inviter can bring to HTX. The higher the trading fees generated by invitees, the greater the referral bonuses earned by the inviter, with no cap.
• The referral bonus is calculated based on the net trading fees actually paid by invitees. Net trading fees exclude fees generated from the trades with spot cashback vouchers, futures trial bonuses, zero fees, negative fees, etc.
  • Trading fee = Trading volume x Fee rate.
  • Net trading fee = Trading fee - Fees with spot cashback vouchers, futures trial bonuses, zero fees, negative fees, etc.
  • Referral bonus = Net trading fees x Reward ratio.
  • Sub-accounts cannot be used to invite friends.
  • Trading volume from sub-accounts of the invitees will be counted towards their main accounts.
• Inviters may not receive referral bonuses in the following situations:
  • If invitees perform trades where their counterparties enjoy a negative fee rate, the bonuses provided by the platform for the negative fees in those orders will be excluded before calculating the referral bonuses.
  • Market makers are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
  • Users with Prime 9 or above will not contribute towards their inviter's referral bonuses.
• Effective May 15, 2024, the platform has updated the rules for calculating the referral bonuses. An invitee can reach a maximum level of Prime 8 and will not be eligible for an upgrade to a higher level. If an invitee wants to level up beyond Prime 9, they will no longer contribute referral bonuses to their inviter. For further assistance, please contact the account manager.
• Effective June 24, 2024, if a user signs up via an inviter’s link/code and places an order via a broker, at least 70% of the referral bonus will be allocated to the inviter, while up to 30% will go to the broker.
• If invitees pay their trading fees with $USDT, the inviter's referral bonuses will be settled in $USDT. If invitees pay their trading fees with $HTX, the inviter's referral bonuses will be settled in $HTX. If invitees pay their trading fees with $TRX, the inviter's referral bonuses will be settled in $TRX.
• Referral data will be calculated based on the UTC+8 time zone.
• Referral bonuses will be credited to inviters' HTX accounts between 20:00 and 21:00 (UTC+8) on the day following their invitees' completion of trades.
• Inviters can check their referral bonuses by visiting the Referral > My Referrals via HTX App, or navigating to My Referrals > Bonus Overview via HTX Web.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze such accounts, confiscate any fraudulent gains, and impose other penalties it deems necessary.
