Voting Rules

• Snapshots of users' Rocket quantities will be taken at 12:00 (UTC) on April 25, 2024. The results of the snapshot will determine the number of votes each participant can have for each stage of the event.
• Participants can utilize their Rockets to cast votes. 1 Rocket = 1 vote.
• Each participant can choose to vote for multiple projects, with a minimum of 1 vote per project.
• During each stage, each participant can cast a maximum of 10,000,000 votes, which includes both self-votes and followed votes.
• All projects in the Preliminary phase are divided into Group A and Group B randomly. After the voting of the Preliminary concludes, each group's top 2 projects with the most votes will enter the Final.
• Before the start of the Final, all projects' votes will be reset to zero. The four winning projects from the Preliminary phase will then compete in a voting showdown. After the voting of the Final concludes, the project with the most votes will be the winner in this round of PrimeVote.

What is Rocket?

• Users can navigate to the Asset page to find details about their Rocket values which equal the 30-day average balance measured in USDT. 1 USDT = 1 Rocket.
• To increase their Rocket values, users can improve their asset balances by making deposits and purchasing quality assets.
• When holding quality assets such as $HTX, TRX, BTC, and ETH, users can have their Rocket values boosted by a multiple.

Lead Voters & Followers

• Participants are free to vote for a project during the event. At the same time, a participant can choose to become a lead voter or a follower.
• Each participant is supposed to follow one lead voter only upon becoming a follower. If a participant chooses to become a follower, they can delegate their votes to the lead voter.
• Each lead voter can have multiple followers. While voting, votes from the lead voter will be counted first and votes from his or her followers will be counted after and based on the voting time of each follower.
• If a lead voter does not vote for the winning project, their followers will not be eligible to share the prize pool.
• Changing lead voter status: If a user becomes a lead voter and has no followers or delegated votes, they can revoke their lead voter status on the event page.
• Once a user becomes a follower in a round of the event, their status cannot be revoked or changed.
• Users with ≥10,000 Rockets when the event begins can apply to become a lead voter.
• During the event period, the maximum number of delegated votes for a leader voter is 50,000,000.

 

Rules for "Share to Boost"

• During the event, by engaging in the "Share to Boost" feature on the event page, users stand a chance to double their vote count.
• By sharing this event, users can invite friends to boost their vote count. The increase in votes depends on the number of their boosters. The specific multiplier for the vote boost is outlined below:

• User’s Vote Count = Rockets × Multiplier
• If a user starts with 0 rocket snapshot votes, they are ineligible to receive extra votes via boosting.
• The lead voter can only have their own rocket snapshot votes boosted and not those delegated by followers.
• Valid boosters should meet the following three requirements:

1. Your boosters must be newly registered users on HTX during the event period, or those who haven't traded spot or futures within the last 7 days.
2. Complete level 1 KYC verification.
3. One booster can provide a boost for up to three users.

 

Reward Rules

• Users who vote for the winning project during the Final will be eligible to share the prize pool. (All lead voters and their followers for the winning project are counted.) The prize pool for the event is sponsored by the winning project.
• Winners can split the prize pool based on the proportion of their votes in the total votes. The more a participant votes, the more they stand to win.
• Individual vote share = Number of individual votes / Number of total votes received by the project * 100%
• Individual reward = Individual vote share * Prize pool sponsored by a project
• Each reward winner can get a maximum of 50,000 USDT. If any of the winners are eligible to receive rewards exceeding the maximum limit after the initial reward calculation, the excess portion of the rewards will be recalculated based on the contributions of other winners who have not reached the limit. The revised rewards will then be distributed proportionally among the winners.
• Rewards will be credited to winners' Spot accounts within 7 working days after the end of the event. The rewards are issued in the form of tokens. The reward amount is subject to the actual amount credited to the winners' accounts.

Good Luck Prize

• By enrolling in this round of PrimeVote event, participants stand a chance to become a "Lucky Winner" and receive an extra reward, constituting 1% of the event's total prize pool.
• The Good Luck Prize will be determined by a lucky draw that uses TRON block hash values to match the vote count of participants in the Final phase. Please find the details below:

• Participants who cast ≥100 votes during the Final phase will be eligible to enter the lucky draw.
• At the conclusion of the Final phase on April 30, 2024, at 12:30 (UTC), HTX will use the last three digits of the TRON block hash value of the time as the winning sequence, matching it with the last three digits of vote count of participants in the Final phase. The participant whose vote count matches the winning sequence will be crowned as the "Lucky Winner".
• If no participant's vote count matches the winning sequence at the conclusion of the Final phase, we will proceed with the matching process using the next TRON block hash value.
• If two or more participants have vote count that match the winning sequence, the prize pool will be evenly distributed among them.

Here is an example for matching participants' vote count with TRON block hash values:

Let's assume that the TRON block hash value at 12:30 (UTC) on April 30, 2024, is as follows:

We will take the last three digits, which are 093, as the winning sequence. If User A has a vote count of 10,093, and User B has a vote count of 2,093 in the Final phase, they will both qualify as the "Lucky Winner".

 

Extra Votes Rules

How to gain extra votes on X:

• After HTX announces the shortlisted projects, all candidates can share the HTX PrimeVote event on their official X account and ask for votes. All posts must contain hashtags: #PrimeVote and #HTX.
• The additional votes earned by each project on X will be calculated using the formula: Views of the mostly viewed thread divided by 10. This calculation will be performed daily, and the data will be recorded and accumulated. Each project can receive a maximum of 1,000,000 extra votes.
