Event 1: Post BTC and ETH Orders in Spot and Futures to Split 800,000 USDT

• During the event, the platform will take random snapshots of pending orders for BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT spot trading pairs, as well as for BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT perpetual futures trading pairs every minute. Based on these snapshots, the platform will calculate rewards separately for qualifying buy and sell orders placed within 0.1% of the execution price. Rewards can be accumulated throughout the event. The closer your order price is to the execution price, the higher the amount of the prize pool you qualify for.
• Snapshot Rules: The platform will snapshot pending orders randomly once per minute to record their status.
• Valid Pending Orders: Buy and sell orders that are placed within 0.1% of the execution price at the time of the snapshot and have a minimum order amount of 100 USDT (order price * order quantity ≥ 100 USDT).

• Here’s an example of the order price range for BTC/USDT pending orders: Let's assume that the latest execution price at the time of the snapshot for the BTC/USDT trading pair is 60,000 USDT.
  • The threshold range: ±0.1%
  • The upper limit price: the latest execution price at the time of the snapshot x (1+0.001) = 60,000 x 1.001 = 60,060 USDT.
  • The lower limit price: the latest execution price at the time of the snapshot x (1-0.001) = 60,000 x 0.999 = 59,940 USDT.
  • Therefore, valid pending orders must have prices at the time of the snapshot between 59,940 USDT and 60,060 USDT (59,940 USDT < Pending order price < 60,060 USDT).
• Here’s an example of the order price range for ETH/USDT pending orders: Let's assume that the latest execution price at the time of the snapshot for the ETH/USDT trading pair is 3,000 USDT.
  • The threshold range: ±0.1%
  • The upper limit price: the latest execution price at the time of the snapshot x (1+0.001) = 3,000 x 1.001 = 3,003 USDT.
  • The lower limit price: the latest execution price at the time of the snapshot x (1-0.001) = 3,000 x 0.999 = 2,997 USDT.
  • Therefore, valid pending orders must have prices at the time of the snapshot between 2,997 USDT and 3,003 USDT (2,997 USDT < Pending order price < 3,003 USDT).
• Reward Calculation Rules:
  • Every minute, users will share the per-minute prize pool proportionally based on the order amounts of their pending orders.
  • A user's reward per minute for pending orders = Per-minute prize pool * (User's pending order amount / Total amount of all valid pending orders at the time of snapshot).
  • Example: Assume User A has a pending order for the BTC/USDT trading pair at 12:01:00 (UTC) on November 12, 2024, when the system takes a random snapshot. The pending order price is 59,971 USDT for 0.1 BTC. This price falls within the 0.05%–0.1% range of the execution price at the time of the snapshot. At that moment, the total amount of qualifying orders in the market is 10,000 USDT. User A’s reward for that minute is 371,567.7 $HTX, calculated as follows: 619,579 $HTX × [(59,971 * 0.1) / 10,000] = 371,567.7 $HTX.

We will compare the liquidity data of the registered existing users before and after their participation in the event. We will calculate the liquidity that they newly contribute to spot and futures trades on the platform during the event. Terms and Conditions

• Users need to click Go Now to participate in the event.
• Users' rewards can be accumulated separately in each prize pool and will be settled together after the event ends.
• For Event 1, the maximum reward a user can receive per day from the prize pools is as follows: a total of 2,230,483,271 $HTX (equivalent to around 3,000 USDT) for both spot and futures combined. This includes 743,494,424 $HTX (equivalent to around 1,000 USDT) for BTC spot trading and 371,747,212 $HTX (equivalent to around 500 USDT) for ETH spot trading. The reward cap for BTC and ETH futures trading is the same as that for spot trading. Once the reward cap is reached, no additional rewards will be given. The reward amount in $HTX is rounded down to the nearest whole number.
• Rewards will be credited to the winners' HTX accounts within 7 working days after the event ends. If winners have not received their rewards after 7 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email [email protected] for assistance.
• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Data from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
• HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
