Dear HTX Users,
HTX is presenting you the 7th round of the PrimeVote event. With Rockets, you will have votes to participate in PrimeVote and get your favorite project listed. The project that wins the most votes will be eligible to list its crypto on HTX for trading.
Participants in this round of PrimeVote will get the chance to mint limited edition NFTs in our Mars Program and stand a chance to win $6 million worth of space trip!

Voting Rules
- Snapshots of users' Rocket quantities will be taken at 12:00 (UTC) on August 2, 2023. The results of the snapshot will determine the number of votes each participant can have for each stage of the event.
- Participants can utilize their Rockets to cast votes. 1 Rocket = 1 vote.
- Each participant can choose to vote for multiple projects, with a minimum of 1 vote per project.
- During each stage, each participant can cast a maximum of 10,000,000 votes, which includes both self-votes and followed votes.
- All projects in the Preliminary phase are divided into Group A and Group B randomly. After the voting of the Preliminary concludes, each group's top 2 projects with the most votes will enter the Final.
- Before the start of the Final, all projects' votes will be reset to zero. The four winning projects from the Preliminary phase will then compete in a voting showdown. After the voting of the Final concludes, the project with the most votes will be the winner in this round of PrimeVote.
Special Benefits From the HTX Mars Program:
- Participants in this round of PrimeVote will get the chance to mint limited edition NFTs in our Mars Program.
- Eligible users should meet the following requirements:
- Cast at least 100 individual votes.
- Cast at least 100 votes using your Rockets as a lead voter.
- Cast 100 or more votes through delegation as a follower or cast at least 100 votes using your Rockets.
- During the event, each winning user can receive a maximum of 2 chances to mint Mars Program NFTs.
Lead Voters & Followers
- Participants are free to vote for a project during the event. At the same time, a participant can choose to become a lead voter or a follower.
- Each participant is supposed to follow one lead voter only upon becoming a follower. If a participant chooses to become a follower, they can delegate their votes to the lead voter.
- Each lead voter can have multiple followers. While voting, votes from the lead voter will be counted first and votes from his or her followers will be counted after and based on the voting time of each follower.
- If a lead voter does not vote for the winning project, their followers will not be eligible to share the prize pool.
- Changing lead voter status: If a user becomes a lead voter and has no followers or delegated votes, they can revoke their lead voter status on the event page.
- Once a user becomes a follower in a round of the event, their status cannot be revoked or changed.
Rewards Rules
- Users who vote for the winning project during the Final will be eligible to share the prize pool. (All lead voters and their followers for the winning project are counted.) The prize pool for the event is sponsored by the winning project.
- Winners can split the prize pool based on the proportion of their votes in the total votes. The more you vote, the more you stand to win.
- Individual vote share = Individual number of votes / Total number of votes received by the project *100%
- Individual reward = Individual vote share * Project Prize Pool
- Each reward winner can get a maximum of 50,000 USDT. If any of the winners are eligible to receive rewards exceeding the maximum limit after the initial reward calculation, the excess portion of the rewards will be recalculated based on the contributions of other winners who have not reached the limit. The revised rewards will then be distributed proportionally among the winners.
- Rewards will be credited to winners' spot accounts within 7 working days after the end of the event. The rewards are issued in the form of tokens. The reward amount is subject to the actual amount credited to the winners' accounts.
Extra Votes Rules
- Project candidates can gain extra votes during this event via two methods: referring friends and canvassing on Twitter.
- Participants have the opportunity to earn extra votes during both the Preliminary and Final stages. The extra votes you obtain will be shown on the event page within 1 day after the start of each round of voting.
- Calculation period for extra votes in the Preliminary stage is from the sharing period to the day before Preliminary voting. Calculation period for extra votes in the Final stage is from the sharing period to the day before Final voting.
Refer Friends
- All projects can use their HTX accounts to make referrals and provide the account UID used for inviting new users with HTX staff. The staff will collect referral data based on the project's UID. Please ensure that the provided UID is accurate and free of errors.
- Each project can only use one HTX account UID for referrals.
- Projects can log into HTX's official website or HTX app and use the Referral feature to invite friends. For each valid referral, a project will receive 1,000 votes. Each project can earn up to 1,000,000 additional votes.
- Valid referrals should meet the following requirements:
- Sign up on HTX and complete level 1 KYC verification
- Make deposits worth ≥100 USDT and trade ≥ 100 USDT during the event.
How to gain extra votes on Twitter:
- After HTX announces the shortlisted projects, all candidates can share the HTX PrimeVote event on their official Twitter account and ask for votes. All posts must contain hashtags: #PrimeVote and #HTX.
- The additional votes earned by each project on Twitter will be calculated using the formula: Views of the mostly viewed thread divided by 10. This calculation will be performed daily, and the data will be recorded and accumulated. Each project can receive a maximum of 1,000,000 extra votes.

- Participants are required to complete L1 KYC verification.
- HTX reserves the right to final decision on all aspects of the event and has the right to disqualify any participants who are found to be involved in any cheating behaviors.
