HTX Futures has launched Options on September, 1, 2020 (GMT+8). To celebrate the launch of Options, HTX Futures introduces “Trade Options to Grab 100,000 USDT” activity.

Activity 1: 5 USDT for newly opened 2000 options traders each.

During the activity period, the 9th, 19th, 29th, 39th, 49th, 59th, 69th, 79th, 89th, 99th, 109th, 119th, …, 19969th, 19979th, 19989th, 19999th users who open options trading can get 5 USDT each. Awards can be used in transferring and options trading.

Activity 2: Join to grab $40,000 USDT by selling to open short positions

During the activity period, users who sell options to open short positions with accumulatively 100 conts or above can join to grab $40,000 USDT awards (the face value of each BTC options contract is 0.001 BTC, that is, 1 cont=0.001 BTC).

Note: “Sell to open short positions” refers to sell call or put options to open short positions.

Activity 3: Open long, close long or close short positions to grab $50,000 USDT.

During the activity period, users who buy to open long, sell to close long, or buy to close short positions with accumulatively 100 conts or above can join to grab $50,000 USDT prize pool based on the actual trading days (the face value of each BTC options contract is 0.001 BTC, that is, 1 cont=0.001 BTC).

 

The activity awards are as below:

Note:

“Buy to open long positions” refers to buy call or put options to open long positions;

“Sell to close long positions” refers to sell call or put options to close long positions;

“Buy to close short positions” refers to buy call or put options to close short position.

 

Note:

1. Sub-accounts are not supported in this event; liquidity providers of HTX Futures cannot participate in this event.
2. Users can join in either any one of the activities or three activities at the same time; Users who meet the requirements will acquire corresponding awards.
3. Users who buy options but sell them later to close a position cannot join to share the awards of Activity 2.
4. Awards will be delivered to winners’ HTX options account within one week after the activity ends. Please kindly note the email or SMS notification.
5. HTX Futures shall disqualify user’s participation if any malicious behavior is detected;
6. HTX Futures reserves the right of final interpretation to this event.

 

Q&A

Q: Is closing a position counted as a transaction?

A: Opening and closing positions are all included in options trading. Closing a position can also be counted as a transaction. 

 

Q: Can I join to grab Activity 2 or Activity 3 awards as long as I joined options trading?

A: For participants who want to grab awards of Activity 2 and 3, the trading quantity should reach accumulatively 100 conts or above. The face value of each BTC options contract is 0.001 BTC.

 

Q: How much assets is required to have in options account to begin options trading?

A: If you want to be a seller, you can start trading with only 0.001 BTC; if you are an options buyer, you’re only required to pay the premium. Assume the latest price of the option you selected is 2,000 USDT, only 2000*0.001=2USDT is needed to buy an option.

 

Q: Can I join all of the three activities?

A: Users can join in either any one of the activities or three activities at the same time; Users who meet the requirements will acquire corresponding awards.
