In this round, we have selected 21 quality projects as our candidates. Simply lock your HT to earn voting rights and vote for your favorite projects! The project that wins first place will be eligible to list its token on HTX for trading.

Voters of the winning project can get a share of a generous prize pool.

Voting rules:

• The competition is divided into three stages: Preliminary, Semi-final and Final. Participants can only gain voting rights by locking HT. 1 HT = 1 Vote. Users can use their HT in their spot accounts to vote for their favorite projects during the voting period.
• Participants can vote for multiple project and minimum vote each time is 1 vote.
• During the event period, the maximum number of votes per participant is based on their average HT holding between March 16 and April 16, 2023 (UTC+8), with a cap of 100,000 votes for their individual and following votes combined.

Rules for Preliminary

• All projects are divided into Group A and Group B randomly. After the voting of Preliminary concludes, the top 2 projects with the highest number of votes will enter the Semi-final.
• Voted HT will be unlocked automatically at 15:00:00 (UTC) on the ending day of Preliminary voting.

Rules for Semi-final

• At the beginning of Semi-final, votes in Preliminary will be cleared. The 4 winning projects in Preliminary will be randomly divided into 2 groups for competition. After the voting of Semi-final concludes,the projects with a higher number of votes in each group will enter Final.
• Voted HT will be unlocked automatically at 15:00:00 (UTC) on the ending day of Semi-final voting.

Rules for Final

• At the beginning of Final, votes in Semi-final will be cleared. And the 2 winning projects in Semi-final will have an ultimate showdown. After the voting of Final concludes, the project with the highest number of votes will be the winner in this round of PrimeVote.
• If participants take part in the voting on Day T, their HT will be locked until 15:59:59 (UTC) on Day T+2.

Lead voters & Followers:

• Participants are free to vote for a project during the event. At the same time, a participant can choose to become either a lead voter or a follower. Once the choice is made, it can not be revoked or changed.
• Each participant is supposed to follow one lead voter only upon becoming a follower. If a participant choose to become a follower, he or she can delegate his or her HT to the lead voter. The delegated HT will be locked till the Final stage.
• Each lead voter can have multiple followers. While voting, votes from the lead voter will be counted first and votes from his or her followers will be counted after and based on the voting time of each follower.
• If the lead voter fails to vote for a winning project, his or her follower won't be able to share the prize pool.

Reward Allocation:

• Users who vote for the winning projects in the Final (not including Preliminary and Semi-final) will be eligible to share the prize pool. (All lead voters and followers for the winning project are counted) The prize pool of the event is the total rewards provided by the winning project.
• Winners can split the prize pool based on the proportion of their votes in the total votes. The more you vote, the more you stand to win.
• Individual vote share = Individual number of votes / Total number of votes received by the project *100%
• Individual reward = Individual vote share * Project Prize Pool
• Rewards will be credited to winners' spot accounts on HTX within 7 working days after the end of the event. The rewards are issued in the form of tokens. The reward amount is subject to the actual amount credited to the winners' accounts.

Rules for Extra Votes

• Project candidates can gain extra votes on Telegram and Twitter in this event.

The event is divided into three stages for extra votes: Preliminary, Semi-final and Final. The extra votes you obtain will be shown on the event page within 1 day after the start of the each round of voting.

• The extra votes for Preliminary will be counted from the sharing period to the day before Preliminary voting; the extra votes for Semi-final will be counted from the sharing period to the day before Semi-final voting; the extra votes for Final will be counted from the sharing period to the day before Final voting.

How to gain extra votes on Telegram:

• After HTX announces the shortlisted projects, we will help each candidate to create a dedicated Telegram community.
• One day before the start of every round of voting, HTX staff will take snapshots of the number of people online in the Telegram community at three random timings.
• Among the 3 snapshots, the snapshot with the highest number of online users will be timed by 10 and counted as the number of Telegram votes gained during the event. The number of votes is capped at 25,000.

How to gain extra votes on Twitter:

• After HTX announces the shortlisted projects, all candidates can share the HTX PrimeVote event on their official Twitter account and ask for votes. All posts must contain the #PrimeVote and #HTX hashtags.
• Views of the thread with the highest page view/100 will be counted as Twitter's extra votes and the data should be recorded every day. The number of votes is capped at 25,000.

Terms & Conditions:

• Participants are required to complete L1 KYC verification.
• HTX reserves the right to final decision on all aspects of the event and has the right to disqualify any participants who are found to be involved in any cheating behaviors.
