Terms of User Agreement

1. Strategic trading system (including stop-limit trading, hereinafter referred to as "the system") is the automatic trading system provided by Huobi (www.huobi.com, Huobi APP, Huobi for Windows and Huobi for Mac, hereinafter referred to as "Huobi") to all customers (hereinafter referred to as "you"or "your"). This system can automatically match the buy and sell orders previously placed by you and complete the orders. Huobi won't intervene in the process. All orders will be executed by the system automatically after you placing orders.

2. By using the system, you have fully understood the use method of trading system and agreed to accept the potential risks as well as the execution results.

3. You should read the instructions carefully before using the system to place the orders in the right way. If you have any doubts or disputes about the system, please don't use it. If the execution results don't meet your expectations due to your false understanding or using, Huobi won't take any responsibilities.

4. During periods of high volume, fast movement or volatility in the marketplace for any Digital Assets, the actual market rate at which a market order or trade is executed may be different from the prevailing rate at the time of your order or trade. You understand that Huobi is not liable for any such price fluctuations.

5. In the event of force majeure including but not limited to software or equipment malfunction or network delay, Huobi is not liable for any inaccuracy, error, delay in the execution results.

6. The use of the system may charge fees (as described in Fee Schedule or Announcements). You agree to authorize Huobi to deduct corresponding fees by executing your orders.

7. Huobi can adjust the trading strategies not only adding new trading methods but also suspend some of them. Huobi will inform you at the announcements before implementing the changes. If you don't accept the changes, you should stop using the system.

8. Please read the agreement carefully before use the system. Once you click "Agree to the agreement and start trading" and start using the system, you have fully acknowledged and agreed to all the terms of this agreement voluntarily.
