HTX will perform a scheduled system upgrade from 17:30 to 18:00 on January 8th, 2021 (UTC+8) for approximately 30 minutes. The following system modules & features will be impacted:

| Functions affected | The following functions may experience access timeouts or request timeouts in a short time. Please refresh the page and try again: (1) Login, signature verification and withdrawal features; (2) Order input, cancellation, ETP subscription & redemption and other trade execution features. (3) Asset transfers between Exchange accounts, Margin accounts, Derivatives accounts, Fiat accounts, and Sub-accounts. (4) Transaction detail inquiry features. |

Before the system upgrade, please be noted that:
- In case of major fluctuations in the market, we will postpone the upgrade time and issue a notice according to the actual situation.
- Please take necessary precautionary risk control measures by canceling orders in advance, temporarily increase Margin balances, repaying loans or closing positions in advance.
During the system upgrade, please be noted that:
- If the access or request times out, please wait patiently or refresh the page and try again.
- Please pay close attention to Order History and Withdrawal History to avoid problems such as repeated execution of orders or withdrawals.
